Każda osoba niepełnoletnia która jest zainteresowana udziałem w naszym festiwalu jest zobowiązana przynieść ze sobą uzupełnioną i podpisaną przez opiekuna prawnego Kartę Konwentowicza 📝

Nie masz możliwości wydrukowania jej? W takim przypadku prosimy o przepisanie pełnej treści na kartkę ✍️
Samo „Wyrażam zgodę na udział mojego dziecka (imię i nazwisko) na festiwalu Remcon 2025” + podpis nie będzie przyjmowane ❌

Uwaga‼️

Kartę Konwentowicza należy pokazać przy akredytacji, a następnie nosić przez cały czas trwania festiwalu ze sobą. Obsługa wydarzenia ma prawo skontrolować, czy osoba posiada przy sobie Kartę Konwentowicza, nie ma jednak prawa jej zatrzymać.🚫

We present you with a template of the Convention Card/parental consent that will be valid at Remcon: 🩵

Every minor interested in participating in our festival is required to bring with them a completed Convention Card signed by their legal guardian 📝

Can't you print it out? In this case, please copy the full content onto the card ✍️
Just "I consent to the participation of my child (name and surname) at the Remcon 2025 festival" + signature will not be accepted ❌

Attention‼️

The Convention Card should be shown at accreditation and then carried throughout the festival. The event staff has the right to check whether the person has the Convention Card with them, but they have no right to keep it.🚫
